Packaging and case packs

  1. 01Discovery. Size, wafer or cookie, flavors, volume, timeline.
  2. 02Recipe and R&D. Center formulation and wafer pairing, with samples sent for approval.
  3. 03Pilot run. Weight, seal and bite checked on the sandwich line.
  4. 04Production. Automated filling, assembly and wrapping.
  5. 05Cold storage and shipping. Held frozen on site and shipped by frozen freight.
